Dual Wheel Riesenrad

Description
Dual Wheel Riesenrad is billed as the first Ferris wheel featuring opposing gondola arms that rotate against each other during the ride. The structure rises to 9.5 m and accommodates 40 riders across 10 individually themed gondolas, each seating two adults and two children. What sets this wheel apart from a conventional Ferris wheel is the dual-axis rotation: the gondolas complete full 360-degree vertical revolutions as the wheel turns, but can also spin horizontally through multiple full 360-degree rotations at the same time. The result is a ride that mixes the relaxed, panoramic quality of a classic Ferris wheel with an unpredictable spinning element. The forest-themed decoration of the structure ties it visually to the broader woodland identity of EDELWIES park.
