Viking
Description
Viking is a steel spinning wild mouse coaster manufactured by SBF Visa Group, located in the Strefa Ekstremalna (Extreme Zone) of Energylandia in Zator, Poland. The ride opened on 14 July 2014, the same day as the park itself. Five individual four-seat cars rotate freely on their axles throughout the course, making every run through the 310 m of track unpredictable in terms of orientation and timing. A chain lift carries each car to the 11 m crest before releasing it into a sequence of tight turns and elevation changes characteristic of the wild mouse layout. Top speed reaches 43 km/h, with lateral forces peaking at 2.5 G. A full circuit lasts 1 minute 40 seconds, and the ride's hourly capacity stands at 700 passengers. Riders must be at least 140 cm tall and 12 years of age to board.
