Raupenachterbahn

Description

Raupenachterbahn is a family sit-down steel roller coaster at Bayern-Park in Failnbach, Bavaria, operating since 2001. The ride is propelled by a chain lift and features a booster wheel lift hill section along its course. One of its most notable characteristics is the train configuration: 20 cars carrying a total of 40 riders per cycle, placing it among the longest caterpillar-style coaster trains available. Children from 100 cm in height may ride when accompanied by an adult, while solo riders must reach at least 130 cm. The upper height limit is set at 210 cm, and the minimum age is 4 years. A covered queue area is provided for waiting guests. Parents travelling alone with multiple children under 130 cm can board consecutively with each child without rejoining the queue, an arrangement that reduces wait time for families with young riders.
