Description

Generationenspiele is a collection of skill-based game stations at Freizeitpark Ruhpolding, designed to challenge visitors of all ages, from toddlers to grandparents. Each station tests a different combination of reaction speed, concentration, and throwing accuracy, and all of them can be played competitively against fellow visitors. The lineup covers a wide range of challenges. Baambegga is a reaction and concentration game in which players send a woodpecker climbing up a tree trunk as fast as possible. Diebische Elster is a quick-reaction game with a bird theme. Dirndldrahn requires players to roll a ball into holes of varying point values, with the winner's figurine performing a traditional Bavarian Dirndl dance at the top. Maibaum-Kraxler rewards accurate throwing by sending a climber up a Maypole, while the Biathlon-Duell station pays direct tribute to Ruhpolding's status as a well-known biathlon town: a steady hand advances your runner across the course with every successful shot. Mäusejagd tests precision aim as players compete to hunt the most mice in the Chiemgau region. The Fässerspiel is another throwing challenge in which players try to outscore each other by hitting barrel targets. Bogenschießen offers archery for all skill levels. Finally, Park-Olympiade brings the full set of stations together in a team-based format where concentration and group cohesion count as much as individual skill. A printed scorecard, available at the park entrance, allows visitors to track their results across all stations and turn the experience into a structured competition.
