Description

Wasserspielwelt Pirateninsel is an interactive splash pad area at Bayern-Park built around a pirate island theme. At its center stand two wooden pirate ships, each fitted with a climbing wall, a ladder, and a slide. The surrounding play zone features 17 interactive water elements that visitors activate by pressing buttons: spraying flowers, fountains, water curtains, and water cannon stations where guests can challenge each other to a duel. The entire area is designated as a barefoot zone, so shoes must be left at the entrance or on the benches nearby. Swimwear and a towel are recommended. For those who arrive unprepared, a kiosk next to the attraction sells children's swimwear and towels, as well as snacks and coffee. Shaded benches and parasols around the perimeter give parents a place to sit while keeping the play area in full view.
