Schieneneisenbahn

Description

Schieneneisenbahn is one of the oldest attractions at Bayern-Park, having operated since 1991. The ride consists of a storybook-style locomotive pulling four open, colorful carriages, each accommodating up to four passengers, bringing the total train capacity to 16 riders per cycle. The boarding area is themed as a small railway station, and the locomotive itself rings a bell throughout the journey. The seat inside the locomotive cab is particularly popular with younger visitors. Once underway, the train travels through a meadow landscape where passengers can spot gnomes and woodland animal figures along the route. The ride concludes back at the Bayern-Park station after a leisurely circuit of several minutes. A covered waiting area is available near the boarding point. The attraction is suited to families across all age groups, including young children and grandparents riding together.
