Phoenix

Description

Phoenix is an Enterprise-type ride located at Legendia in Chorzów. Passengers sit individually in gondolas that hang freely around the circumference of a large rotating wheel. As the wheel spins and builds momentum, the gondolas swing outward under centrifugal force, gradually tilting until they reach a fully horizontal position. At that point the wheel itself stands vertical, meaning riders find themselves momentarily upside down during the cycle. The ride requires a minimum height of 140 cm for solo riders aged 8 and above. Children between 110 cm and 140 cm, aged 6 and over, may ride when accompanied by an adult.
