Rules for using the Keendi service
General provisions
01These terms set out the rules for using the Keendi website, available at keendi.pl. The service provider and owner of the site is Dawid Płonka, operating a business at Główna 29, 46-375 Bzinica Stara, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 5761590302, REGON 388163170. Scope of the service
02Keendi is a free catalogue of the amusement park world. The site provides information about roller coasters, attractions, slides and amusement parks, displays queue wait times and lets logged-in users use community features such as reviews, ratings, comments and likes. Browsing the content of the site does not require an account.
User account
03An account is created by logging in with a Google account. The account may be used by persons who are at least 16 years old. Persons under 16 may use an account only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential and for actions taken using it. You can delete your account together with its data at any time yourself in your account settings.
Rules of use
04When using the site, you undertake to comply with the law and good practice. In particular, it is prohibited to publish unlawful, offensive, vulgar content or content infringing the rights of others, to send spam and unsolicited advertising, to impersonate others, to artificially inflate or deflate ratings, and to take actions that disrupt the operation of the site or threaten its security.
Content published by users
05When you publish reviews, ratings or comments on the site, you retain all rights to them. At the same time you grant the provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free and territorially unlimited licence to store and display this content on the site, to the extent necessary for it to function. You declare that the content you publish is your own and does not infringe the rights of third parties. You are responsible for the content you publish.
Moderation and blocking
06The provider has the right to moderate, hide and remove content that violates these terms or the law, and to block or delete the account of a user who grossly or persistently violates these terms. We use automated tools for the initial analysis of content, but the final moderation decisions are made by a human. If you believe your content was removed unjustly, you can contact us.
Accuracy of data and limitation of liability
07The information presented on the site, including technical data of attractions and queue wait times, is indicative and illustrative. It may be incomplete, out of date or contain errors, and wait times may differ from the actual ones and be presented with a delay. The site is provided as is, without warranty. The provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information from the site, nor for the content and operation of external services to which links lead.
Intellectual property
08The name of the site, its logo, layout, appearance, code and materials prepared by the provider are legally protected and constitute the property of the provider. Using them beyond permitted use requires the provider's consent.

Governing law and changes to the terms
10Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. The provider may change the terms for important reasons, for example in connection with the development of the site or a change in regulations.
